Heart Confessing

I Am Forgiven

Father, when I confess my sins You are faithful and just to forgive and cleanse me of all unrighteousness. Through Christ, You have forgiven me: washing away my sin as if it was never there. In Jesus I have a better covenant than having my sins forgotten at the bottom of the sea. In Jesus I have a better promise than having my sin removed from me as far as the east is from the west and better than the heavens are above the earth. Jesus became my sin so that I became the righteousness of God as if I never sinned a day in my life. You are Love and love keeps no record of sin. If I do sin I have Jesus, my intercessor who knows what it feels like to be tempted in all ways but did not sin so that He could intercede for me. You exhort me to go and sin no more, less a worse thing happen. You do not condemn me, and neither should I. I am of good cheer because my sins have been forgiven through Jesus and I rejoice that my name is written in Heaven.

Scripture

but sanctify Christ as Lord in your hearts, always being ready to make a defense to everyone who asks you to give an account for the hope that is in you, yet with gentleness and reverence; - 1 Peter 3:15 KJV

What I tell you in the darkness, speak in the light; and what you hear whispered in your ear, proclaim upon the housetops. - Matthew 10:26-28 KJV

Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;) And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching. - Hebrews 10:22-25 KJV
